Olutoyin is the founding partner at InVcap Corporation - An Investment Advisory firm with partners in Nigeria and Canada where she advises on investment strategies into frontier and developed markets.

 

Olutoyin serves as the President and CEO at Casa Foundation,Canadian non-profit that supports, empowers, and advances, women, youths, and startups in Canada.

She continues to facilitate seed investments in startups and women-led businesses through InVcap and has successfully completed investment deals in Nigeria-Phase 1 of Splashworld, Entrepreneurs point and other growth stage businesses.

She has managed portfolios worth over $8billion and In 2006, she rose to become the Treasurer at Intercontinental Group.

 

Within the non-profit sector, she serves as an Advisor with the African Expert Network, a Washington DC group of Investment Experts, drawn from the global financial sector to advise Investors on Africa. She continues to serve on many boards both in Canada and Africa. She is the recipients of many Awards and Honors, including the Top 20 Immigrants in Canada (2024), Woman Excellence in Leadership award, (2022), Induction into the Global Leaders Forum (2019), African Impact Leadership award New York, (2018), Women of Courage award (2017) and many others.

 

Her passion for investments education, and business growth, has led her to create many impactful non-profits and social enterprises, including Casa Foundation, AfroInvestors, Friends of Africa, EP Academy, and more recently the Black Advisory Hub, all in Canada.

Olutoyin has a Doctorate in Management from the University of Maryland, Global Campus and is a graduate of Wharton School’s Advanced management program, IMD Lausanne’s Business marketing, and Lagos Business School's Senior management program.

Olutoyin has authored several publications including the NewYork Times Top Picks Advancing Beyond the Ceiling. She is an Adjunct professor and teaches Entrepreneurship at Canadian Universities and Colleges.
